All reservations made within 5 days of arrival will have the credit card charged immediately for 1 night room and tax. If credit card is declined, the reservation may be cancelled and may not be able to be reinstated.

Pet Fee: The Florida Hotel is a pet friendly hotel. There is a one-time pet fee of $75.00 plus taxes and is due at check in.

Taxes: State and local taxes of 12.5% per room per night are applied. If tax exemption applies, proper State of Florida Documents are required.

Daily Service Fee: The Service Fee of $23.00 covers the cost of self-parking in our private key access lot, 24 hours access to the business center kiosk, 24-hour access to the fitness center, unlimited guest room WIFI, 2 bottles of water daily, in room safe, in room refrigerator, in room microwave and first 3 minutes of local calls.

One night's room and tax deposit will be charged 5 days prior to arrival date. Reservations made within 5 days of arrival are charged one night's room and tax upon booking. If credit cards decline, the reservation is subject to cancellation without the possibility of reinstatement. The hotel cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid one night's room and tax cancellation fee. Early departure fees may apply.
